Section 1 — Eligibility and Application. Employees who have completed a minimum of six (6) months of continuous employment and hold a performance rating of "Meets Expectations" or above are eligible to apply for remote or hybrid work arrangements. Eligibility is further subject to the nature of the employee's role; positions classified as "On-Site Essential" in the company's role taxonomy are not eligible for remote work. Eligible employees must submit a Remote Work Application through the HR portal, including a proposed schedule, a description of their home-office setup, and a completed Home Office Safety Checklist signed by the employee. Applications require approval from the employee's direct manager and the HR Business Partner. Approved remote-work arrangements are subject to a ninety (90) day trial period during which the arrangement may be revoked if performance, collaboration, or communication standards are not met.
